Pidion BIP5000 series Handheld keeps dropping off Wireless network

Hi All,

I have two handhelds in my two stores' stock rooms for recording inventory and receiving deliveries etc.

Both connect wireless, however the stock room clerks always report that one of the HHs from each store would disconnect from the wireless.

I dont know if it is because one is used much less than the other and due to the longer idle time, the network card times out.

Would appreciate it if anyone has any similar experiences and have resolved this issue, please share info.
