Hello,

I copied a PRD environment (still in the old UI) into a Sandbox environment that was already migrated to the new Unified Interface.

Now the sandbox environment is displaying the old UI. Can I change it to display as the new Unified Interface?

Thanks!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

You should go to the "My Apps", under the Settings area. There we have the apps that you created and the default app. Through these apps you can go to the Unified Interface.

Also on Settings --> Administration --> System Settings you have an option that says "Set options for the default app: Dynamics 365 – custom" where you define the name of your default app and you indicate if you want to display it on the app switcher and landing page.

    Hi Rita,

I couldn't really do it that way. From "My Apps", if I click my custom app, I still see it in the old UI.

What I did though was adding "&forceUCI=1" to the link and then it works.

    KR,

    Joao

Try to create a new app then. The custom app I think it's pointing to the classic interface. If you create a new one, I think it will point to the UI.

You can access the WEB UI by copying from the WEB UI environment to the UCI environment. However, UCI migration also applies to that environment again.
