For only checking data in tables you could find table Id which you need from All Objects With Caption page:
And afterwards access table by putting &table=tableId.
For example:
http:// containerURL/Instance/ ?tenant=default&table=17

If you are using BS Saas, then it's not possible. You don't get access to the DB in BC Saas.
If you are using BC On Prem, then simply connect to the SQL Datbase configured in the NST.
