Hello All Experts,
May i know , what is the cause that every 11 am cet we are having trouble in connecting to the CRM.
any help will be appreciable.

There should not be any reason for a connectivity issue at that time.
I would check if you have any processes (SSIS, Data Loader, recurring workflows, etc...) that are running at that time, which might cause some issues.
If you do not have any process that is causing this issue, I would contact MS Support for assistance.
They can get logs from your system and find out what the issues are (hopefully).

There are workflows which runs in the system based on the conditions.
i don't know which workflow could be causing this.
A few things to check. 1. What workflows are running at that time? 2. Check with network team to see if something else is running on the network at 11 that is causing a network bottleneck. Have you tried connecting from another location? Since you are online it must be one or the other. Have your network people do a trace on the network to see if they can find where it is failing.
