One of my clients in the UK (BC Cloud) was set to download currency exchange rates from HMRC based on the URL that was published on the official HMRC website:HMRC: 2023 Exchange Rates for Customs & VAT in XML Format

In each subsequent month, the link was updated with a new one.
In November, the new link did not appear, but information was shared that HMRC would no longer publish this link:

Has anyone had a similar problem and found a solution to how you can currently download rates from HMRC? In case that the URL is no longer published every month?

It is recommended that you contact HMRC directly.
In addition, if this is a free service, there is a risk that it cannot be used. At this time, you can switch to the backup plan. For example, the website mentioned in the post below.
