UserDef2 field in Customers data warehouse table not being updated?

Does anyone know if the USERDEF2 field in the RM00101 table gets updated in the Customers table in the DynamicsGPWarehouse database whenever a change occurs? We've made several changes to this field but they don't seem to be flowing to the data warehouse.

If it's not updated, is there any documentation where I can find exactly which fields are updated? I would have thought everything should be kept in synch, but maybe not.
