As we all know NAV 2016 Mainstream Support is ended in April 2021 and in 2026 extended date also expiring .
So my question is should be plan for upgrade now can wait till extended date will get expiry . Kindly suggest
You can still use NAV 2016 but you will not get any support from MS, try to plan the upgrade as early as possible.

I wanted to ask you one more question, we had some customizable reports and dashboards.. if we are upgrading we have to work on all customized reports and dashboards in new version of Navision ? also If we are upgrading there will be some cost involved as well.
If you follow the upgrade process most of them are converted but some you need to handle them manually, it depends on your customization and how much we need to modify to make it work with new version.
Excuse me, I have a question. Does that means there is no localization hotfix in India version in the extended support phase? If the answer is yes, the extended support phase is useless for India user right?
