Anyone know how to force outlook to use the sitemap and entity icons instead of folder icons? Makes it look like browsing through CRM is a file/mail tree and not an application.

    I know that there is a lot of functionality that you can change on the Outlook side when using this tool...you should check it out:

    sitemapeditor.codeplex.com
