    Hi,

Please mention the Gen. Prod. Posting Group in the item card of that item under the tab Costs & Posting shown below.

Also note that im posting multiple items and the Gen. Product Posting Group = RMJ. I have checked through the list of products and all of them have the same Product posting group

Did you fill in the Gen. prod posting group on any of the items after you had registered the journal lines?

In that case you need to re enter the journal lines to read the new values.

You can also filter on the field in your journal lines to see what lines are missing a value in the field.

You need to make sure you fill in the Item Journal after you fill in Gen. Product Posting Group on the Item card.

Otherwise, you will need to re-enter the Item Journal because the Gen. Product Posting Group on the Item Journal is copied from the Item card when you fill in the Item No.

Hi, you can use Page Inspection to see if there is a value in Gen. Prod. Posting group field.

    More details: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/across-inspect-page#work-with-page-inspection

I have reviewed the items listed in the journal and discovered that one of the items did not have the Gen. Prod. Posting Group. This has been corrected that and the posting has been done.

Thank you for your kind support
