I have two checkbox lists. They are two separate web resources.
When a checkbox is checked in the first list I want to select the related checkbox in the second list.
Both checkboxes have same Id.
How can I do this using Jquery?

If I get it correct, you should create a function on the parent form that will be executed by the web resource where you have the first checkbox list.
On the click/select of a value on the first checkbox list, call the function on the parent page. This function would in turn call a function on the second web resource.
Alternatively, you can probably do this directly from the first web source by getting access to the object id of the second web resource.
