We are using OmniChannel web chat with D365 customer service, OmniChannel is also integrated with power virtual agent bot.
We want the user to upload a file and power virtual agent pass it to PowerAutomate to further process the file.
We are not sure how the file data be stored (and the meta data of the file) can be passed to PVA bot.
