Hi

We are using OmniChannel web chat with D365 customer service, OmniChannel is also integrated with power virtual agent bot.

We want the user to upload a file and power virtual agent pass it to PowerAutomate to further process the file.

We are not sure how the file data be stored (and the meta data of the file) can be passed to PVA bot.

Dynamic 365 Customer Service does not have an OOTB method to do this right now, and we suggest you suggest an idea here:

If you don't mind you can also try connecting a custom canvas to upload files directly to Azure Storage:
