I got below link from MS docs. Below flowchart for sales return is clear for non-wms process, before the disposition code is applied we are able to do quality inspection and based on the inspection outcome we are able to determine if we want to put it back to warehouse, scrap, return it back to customer, etc
How can we achieve the same using advanced warehouse management? While receiving the RMA, disposition code is mandatory and not sure which one to select because the items are not yet to be inspected? The status of the RMA line is registered with the disposition code used while receiving, Any workaround plz? Thanks
