decimal places field not visible

Hi The decimal places field doesn't show on my general ledger setup page in nav 2018. any reason why and how to fix, apart from makin it visible via dev environment? it should be like below.

Hi, I confirmed that my NAV2018 test environment has these two fields.

If you don't see them, consider trying the following method. Unless these two fields are deleted in the development environment......

Hi Zhu, thanks for the suggestion. I assume it would work in other cases, but mine is missing those fields somehow.

Hi, if other users have no problems, consider reinstalling the client. I've had one user with an incomplete action bar display and reinstalling the client solved it.

If other users have the same problem, it may be caused by customization, it is recommended to contact your partner.
