I work on Dynamics 365 online and I need tools or tricks thats help to check system performance , storage (notification if limit reached ) ...

Hi,

The best place to monitor this is by following the message center and continuously n=monitoring notification emails. I assume you are part of o365 admin team so you should get important notification.

You can also spend some time on https://admin.dynamics.com which will provide you quick analysis of your Dynamics 365 organizations.
