Test Connection failed between D365 OnPremise and Exchange Online

Hi, I have the following scenario:

* Dynamics 365 v 8.2 OnPremise with roles separated in different servers

* Exchange Online

* Process to configure D365 synchronization with Exchange Online completed with no errors. In addition, the certificate was installed in the server where the Asynchronous Service is running and the service account has been granted permission to read the private key.

* E-mail profile created in the CRM and mailboxes have been enabled and tested with no problems.

* CRM is able to send and receive e-mails with no problems

However, when I press the Test Connection button in the E-mail profile, the Test always produces the error displayed in the  image below. How can I troubleshoot this issue with the Connection Test?
