We are on 16.3 of BC SaaS. Our users sometimes report having strange issues when working with sales document lines. It seems to be mainly checkboxes that cause problems. They report that sometimes checkboxes will randomly uncheck, or that when they check a box in one line, the line below gets checked.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Any recommendations on how to troubleshoot or fix?
Hard to say without a steady repro of the issue. If this is Edge Chromium then it should have the same behavior as Chrome. As temporary mitigation, you might ask users to go for Chrome instead but I have feeling that the issue could resurrect. Surely this is not a solution but an extraordinary measure to mitigate the current behavior.
Is it possible this is a browser issue? Both users reporting this are using the Edge browser.
This is very strange. I would suggest you to create a stable repro of the issue within your tenant and open a request to support through your CSP or reseller partner.
