Business Central Outlook Add-in

Hello,

I am having issues setting up the outlook add-in for one of my customers. We deployed the add-in through the assisted setup and it keeps defaulting to a company that is not existent in the customer environment. I cannot change it in outlook.

Anyone run into this issue before? We have uninstalled from the organization and restarted computer/outlook multiple times.

    I know you might have checked this so sorry if this is too simple, but when you say you can't change it in Outlook I assume you have clicked on the three dots in the right corner and then selected Change Company.  There you should be able to choose a different company.

    Just wanted to update this thread with my results. We ended up restarting the computer and rebuilding the outlook profile for the user. When we attempted to setup the outlook add-in the first time the user didn't have the appropriate licensing and they switched the company to a now (non-existent company). We were able to get this working, appreciate all the feedback.
