Hi,
We are unable to add delivery date and due date on our sales quotes. How do we do that?

The fields are available on the page but are most likely missing from the document output. If you want them in view it would require a modification. Copy the base report and then add the fields in accordingly. This post is very helpful for a few things but it has the necessary sub links for doing the modification yourself: navinsights.net/.../
Failing that get in touch with your MSFT partner for assistance.
