GP 2010 eConnect installation

Hello,

When I'm trying to install eConnect with GP2010 version, I get this error:

"The eConnect for MS Dynamics GP2010 has ended prematurely"

I'm logged in the domain with an administrator account, Does anyone have any idea about this mistake?

I had a eConnect 2013 previously installed.
