Create job queue for BC CRM integration

Hi Team,
I have created a custome table in BC and in CRM and has done the coding and sync happens each time i do it manually. I want to know how to create automatically when a record is created in CRM it sync to BC.
The document i went through is this and it worked perfectly except it has not mentioned about creating job queues.
