Anyone else having issues with the New October 1 Security Requirements.

We've been unable to assign a security contact despite having global admin privileges and the Security Dashboard has been unavailable with only an announcement that it is coming soon.

Interested to hear what other's are experiencing.

Partner Center Security Requirements

I'm able to assign a security contact, but I don't see the dashboard either. But according to the documentation the security dashboard will be available in November.
