Not able to find email designer in marketing module

Hi,

I can't find below mentioned marketing module and marketing module designer.  Please find pictures. this was taken from by browsing link   https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/marketing/create-marketing-email

Please find below the forms I am getting and version.  Kindly help me how to get latest version of Dynamics CRM and email designer.

Marketing module is not available. I am using below version.

    You need to go to your Admin Dynamics 365 center abd deploy the solution on your instance.

    On the list of your instance, select the target one and click on solution, choose the Dynamics for Marketing solution and click on install.

    After few minutes, it will deploy the Marketing solution.
