Thank you judy for your replay.

As per the document you shared, Everything is correct. still i am getting this errors.

I think it might be because of UoM, But i am not sure. it might be some other issue.

What is the inventory UOM? you need to know both

Silly question, do you have another PO with 0.46 on order?

When I doing any PO,  automatically it's coming in decimal.

D365 transactions use 2 decimal places.

The fact that you see 2 decimal places is therefore correct.

As per why  in your environment you are using 2 decimal p , you will need to check the number of decimal places in the unit of measure table.

    I suspect it is 2.

Your screen is the Buyer Item Inquiry which is the sum of all transactions therefore there must be transactions that have used 2 decimal places

you can go to transactions and see all transactions where users have used 2 decimal places .

thank you Alessandro Parisi for your response,

I think you did not understand my query,  I created a PO with 84.00 unit of item, but when i check the "Buyer Item Inquiry" There the item is 84.46.  the decimal amount is (.46) automatically  popping up.

I understood your query but you probably did not understand mine.

We have asked you to check both Purch Unit ID and Stock Unit ID and transactions and you did not come back to us.
