Microsoft has some online training available for DYnamics GP in their MS Virtual Academy libraries..

Unfortunately most of GP related content has been removed in profit of D365 content..
Your best bet is to resort to U-Tube to find Microsoft of partner generated content.
Dynamic Communities GPUG is also a good place to find valuable training material.. you can get a 30-days trial membership if you're not already a member
