    Hi,

I would recommend using the latest cumulative update build of NAV/BC to make sure you are not hitting a product problem that has already been fixed. The latest CUs are due to be released today or earlier next week.

If the problem persists I would recommend opening a support ticket with Microsoft via your Solution Provider or Business Central Partner.

For UAT, we used the same CU of Business Central a month before and now we have a new Live Database and using the same CU there too.

In UAT, faced no error like this while in New Database which we are using for the upgrade to Live, stuck at this point badly.

Reinstalled and reconfigured nav, then repeated process of Upgrade again for NAV 2017 to BC Premises and it gets stuck here.

    Hi,

It may be worth checking the version of the .NET framework installed on the relevant machine and consider upgrading it to the latest if necessary. See this article for more information: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/migration-guide/how-to-determine-which-versions-are-installed#net_b

If there are any custom extensions then you could try uninstalling these to see if it makes any difference to the behaviour.

If the problem persists I would recommend opening a support ticket with Microsoft via your Solution Provider or Business Central Partner.
