Replace Dialog in UI

Hi all, 

before migrating to UI, I want to replace a dialog workflow which does the following :

- get 3 data values from user input field and store this values in variables

- create a record on an other entity using this variables and others fields from the primary entity

Any easy way to do it ?

    Here are alternatives:

    1. If you have developer - he/she can develop that for you.

    2. Also you can use Power Automate for this purpose - www.crminnovation.com/.../
