I am having a problem with one AP voucher.
SL 7.0 Service Pack 3
Version SL 7.04.40409.00
In manual check entry, I can select the voucher but upon tabbing off the line, I receive an error:
system message 15 entry must be less than or equal to XXXX.XX, please reenter
Other vouchers can be selected without any problems.
Any thoughts?
There is a kb article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/845098 but it does not apply in this scenario.
Alternatively, I can create a regular payment batch with the voucher and print a check. The problem lies in the manual check entry screen.
I am in Standard Mode. The APDOC and APTRAN records look Ok. There are no APCHECK or APADJUST records.
Also, I already checked the apdoc.applyrefnbr and ran a SQL trace with no help.
Any thoughts?

We have seen this error a few times. The voucher always looks fine and we can't see anything in particular that is wrong with it. But if we run the statement below to set the value of the fields to what they are, the voucher can then be selected in the Manual Check screen. In a couple of cases, the customizations to the Voucher and Adjustment screen caused the issue. Again, we weren't sure what the issue was since when we looked at the voucher and it appeared fine. Another case, the voucher was created by a third party program.
Update apdoc set origdocamt = xxxxx.xx, curyorigdocamt= xxxxx.xx, docbal= xxxxx.xx, curydocbal= xxxxx.xx where doctype = 'vo' and refnbr ='nnnnnn'
Is the voucher in a foreign currency? Are there any customizations to the Voucher and Adjustment Entry screen?
Is this the only voucher with the problem or are there others?
