Inserting a Hyperlink That Includes Components from a CRM Case In a Workflow Email

Hello,

I was curious to see if I could potentially have a workflow that draws from a field from a CRM service case and includes that field in a hyperlink?

For example, if I wanted to include a tracking number in a CRM service case, is there a way I could create an automatic email process that sends a link with the tracking information included in the case? 

That would be really helpful!

    With the out of the box workflow, you can place the text of any field in the body of an email, and make a text string that represents the url, but it wouldn't be a clickable hyperlink. If you want to make it clickable, you'd need to write a custom workflow activity that writes the data as a hyperlink into the body of the email
