I was curious to see if I could potentially have a workflow that draws from a field from a CRM service case and includes that field in a hyperlink?
For example, if I wanted to include a tracking number in a CRM service case, is there a way I could create an automatic email process that sends a link with the tracking information included in the case?
That would be really helpful!
