How to remove Dynamics 365 in Outlook

In Outlook, for the icons I have Dynamics 365, however it doesn't work. I can't remove it either. It doesn't show up in Program and Features to uninstall. How can I remove it so that I can reinstall it?

Hi,

If you are using "Dynamics 365 app for outlook" and wants to remove the dynamics 365 icon from outlook, just go to settings-->Email configuration-->mailboxes and select and deactivate the mailbox. After that go to settings-->Dynamics 365 app for outlook -->click on "Add app for all eligible users". This will refresh the list and enable it for all the activated mailboxes and exclude the one you just disabled.

If you are using dynamics app for outlook then simply uninstall the plugin from the user machine.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to Dnamics COmmunity Support. As the ask of removing the addin from Outlook (I assume it ot be office addins).
PLease open your outlook and then click on files, In the Info section you have "Manage Addins".
If you clcik on it a new window will appear which will show you list of addins deployed for your mailbox. From there you can remove it by unchecking it.

Also if Dynamics 365 App for outlook is deployed and need to removed, you can follow suggestions mentioned by soumen above.

If other users run Dynamics 365 for Outlook on the same device, those users should sign out of Microsoft Windows before uninstalling Dynamics 365 for Outlook. This is especially true for Citrix virtual desktop or Remote virtual Desktop PC environments where additional sessions are common and should be closed before uninstalling Dynamics 365 for Outlook.

Start Programs and Features in the Control Panel.

On the Uninstall or change a program page, select the version of Dynamics 365 for Outlook you want to uninstall, and then click Uninstall/Change.

In the Setup wizard, on the Choose the installation you want page, click Uninstall or Repair.

When the wizard finishes, click Close.

If prompted, restart your computer.
