Microsoft Forms and Power Automate Help... Please!

Hi,

I am desperately requiring some help. I am new to the Dynamics suit and am trying to automate my Microsoft Form responses into a list. My form is set up and runs great. I've created a list with the desired responses and have used the Power Automate template " Record Form Responses in SharePoint", but I keep getting the following error and I'm not sure where to begin fixing it...

OpenApiOperationParameterTypeConversionFailed. The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Create_item' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: Input parameter 'item/IstheIncidentongoing' is required to be of type 'Boolean'. The runtime value '"No"' to be converted doesn't have the expected format 'Boolean'.

All help is greatly appreciated!!
