is there is an OOTB function can help me to generate the same

Hi Shaka,

You can track each time a user logs into your system using the Auditing feature. This information can be used for building a user access report.

thank you Adrian, sorry if my message is not clear, we just need to extract the user access rights,

like in other applications we can get a list of the user's access and thier access rights (add modify delete etc, is it there something like this in CRM?

Okay, do there is a report already in the system named "User summary" in the report section. You can make use of them.

otherwise there is another tool that you can use from XRM toolbox names as "Your User Security - Magnified" which gives you very granular information : https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/plugins/Norriq.XrmToolBox.YourUserSecurityMagnified/
