Hello Community Expert,

There is a requirement where i need to add logo to the email template in dynamics 365

I learned that only the image which is hosted can be added to it

And i was able to copy the logo from the clients website and added

But now in another requirement, the image is not hosted, they just have that logo in their word document

So my question is, how do i add the image which is not hosted anywhere to the email template, so that the one who receives my email should be able to see it

Hello there, by following this:

docs.microsoft.com/.../create-templates-email

I did a test, I saved a new image inside D365 as a JPG and then I opened it and copied it from the browser into the email template and it works!

So you could try this as well.
