GP and Mexico's Electronic Accounting

My company has an office in Mexico and is in the process of implementing the same enterprise software we use here in the states. Our enterprise software has a tie into GP which is why we went with GP. The problem is, Mexico law requires "electronic accounting" and we have not been able to determine if GP can handle electronic accounting.

Is anyone in this forum located in Mexico or have offices in Mexico and can let me know if GP can handle this or if there is a 3rd party application that can tie into GP to accomplish this.

    From a past thread I found this information.. This company in Mexico seems to offer a solution for Dynamics AX & GP for electronic accounting filing :
