Updating Member Count on Marketing List

Hi,

We're running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Rollup 16 On-Premise. We have a number of static Marketing Lists which do not seem to hold the member count correctly, they're all currently show as 0. We've tried adding and removing members to the list, but it only recalculates the value based on the new members added or removed.

We've also tried updating the member count through the organisation service and although the call seems to succeed, it does not update the value in the table.

We can manually update the value via direct database update, but we're reluctant to do this as it circumvents the organisation service, which isn't ideal.

Can anyone help shed some light on this issue.

Thanks

Dan

    Hi Dan

Sinxe you had tried all the way it can be obvius answer but according to your answer also

Maybe you need to try removing all member first then add again.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks
