Hi,

We are not able to send emails from the CRM system when we create a CRM email activity, the mail activity is created but goes to pending status and never progresses, but there is one id where if its used as "To" it woks smoothly. We have checked the configuration of that ID with others and everything is the same but not sure where is the difference.

Kindly help.

    The best thing you can do is to enable tracing for the email router. Here's documentation on how to do this:

    support.microsoft.com/.../2862024

    In my experience these logs provide very valuable information on the errors you might get.

    We would not be able to do this as we dont make any changes in regedit, is there another way around?

    I there's another option by changing a config file: msdynamicscrmblog.wordpress.com/.../set-tracinglogging-in-dynamics-crm-2011-e-mail-router
