Visual Studio 2015 and GP 2015

I have Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise and Dynamics GP 2015.

I installed the Visual Studio Tools for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 SDK

I do NOT see the Dynamics GP add-in inside of Visual Studio.

When I searched for a solution, the best recommendation was to copy the project template from an older version of Visual Studio, which I do not have.

How can I get Visual Studio 2015 to use the GP add-in and, thus, customize GP?

    I will answer my own question. I used the following site to solve my problem.
