Accessing emails sent to a .onmicrosoft.com account

Hi everyone,

I have a trial version of crm online running and was issued a username@orgname.onmicrosoft.com account.

How do you access emails sent to this email address? i.e If someone who is not a contact/account record sends an email to this address where is it viewable.

I dont have access to the Outlook client yet.

Hi Vgow,

you can access your Outlook Web Access using this URL :

outlook.office365.com/owa

Use your credential : username@orgname.onmicrosoft.com / Password
