Regla de negocio no se ejecuta para un rol de seguridad

alguien puede ayduarrme con lo siguiente:
Hay reglas de negocio de una tabla que no se ejecutan para usuarios con un determinado rol de seguridad (y si para el resto de los roles), lo extraño es que para el mismo usuario reglas de negocio de otra tabla si se ejecutan.
