How to generate a OOTB CRM report of activities for management

I want to generate a OOTB CRM report of activities for management which will include all there profile creations,OOTB activities,Opportunity etc..,

And i need to group them based on there Business unit names.Below is the one which i tried but not working as expected.

Please suggest.
