Set Regarding on an Email without also attaching to Accounts and Contacts

Hello 

Is it at all possible to set the regarding on an email in Outlook, to for example a case record and prevent CRM from also linking that email to Accounts and Contacts where the to/from/cc email addresses are found? 

A customer has many account records in CRM. Many of these are sub companies and have the same email addresses. Cases are often created for one of these sub companies, and emails attached to these cases. The problem is that when an email is attached to a case, CRM also links that email to everywhere it finds the to/from/cc email addresses. As email addresses are duplicated across CRM the email attaches itself to records it is nothing to do with. 

Usually this is a helpful feature, however in this case it is causing lots of confusion and displaying false information about the account. This data is highly confidential, thus the reason for concern.  Is there anyway we can set the regarding on an email and prevent it from attaching to any records other that the set regarding?
