Facng Email Issues When Sending Any Mail From The CRM

I have configured email settings in 2 way communication. I have tested those from the CRM. I got success tag in Incoming and Outgoing as well. But when i send any direct mail from the same users form. Email added to the activity , but showing pending send status.

I am using Gmail Account Settings.

    is it crm online with server side sync?

    Also are you able to receive email?

    Hi Sandeep,

    If you have done following :

    1. the email address is approved

    2. the mailbox is tested and enabled

    3. User is not disabled and has license assigned

    Then email should go. If it is not going then you need to get logs from support team to see the issue.

    Hi Sandep, I guess you are missing some configuration on the Gmail side, here is the link I found when I try the same configuration you are doing now.
