We will start using MS Dynamics as off next month so still testing but we have a question.
We will use this to (hopefully) help our customers better and more efficiently so it will be replacing for a big part Outlook.
In Outlook you can set rules and categorize your emails (but shared boxes are so slow...).
This does not seem to be possible in Dynamics? It would seem logical to me that some kind of AI or other would be integrated in Dynamics to easily define certain things?
Can somebody explain the difference?

In Dynamics, there is an OOB activity table--'Email', all email records are stored there.
If you want to categorize your emails in dynamics, you can create some views with different conditions to filter these email records.
--Go to Power apps, Tables > Email > Views:
--Add columns you want, and add filters:
--Save and Publish
For users who can't access Dataverse, they can create personal views in the UI of the app.
--Edit columns and filter, then save as new view:
