Hello,

We noticed that few mails are not getting processed from the Forward Mailbox. The below error is logged in the Event log.

We suspect this could be due to the OneDrive attachments attached in the mail.

Error Message:

#9628 - An error occurred while delivering the e-mail message with subject "Test - Please Ignore" in mailbox Forwardmailbox@domain.com   for delivery to https://application.xxxxx.xxxx.xxxxx.com/Organization. System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

We have raised a Product Ticket for this issue.

What we can gonna get is these emails with the OneDrive attachments/links will get passed through the router and added to CRM. What we wouldn’t be able to do is download the attached file into CRM and the attachment itself will likely not be accessible in CRM. To have the attachment available in CRM, we would need to attach an actual copy of the file and not the OneDrive link, as the CRM email router isn’t setup to provide that functionality.
