Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Payroll - Check Void Screen locked

We recently had an employee who has limited access who was able to void a payroll check, after doing so the system locked.  Now we are unable to go into that screen to finish the process and clear the check.  It is as if the limited access froze that check and module.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    It appears the posting process was not complete.  It indicates is was voided and reconciled, but the check is still appearing in the G/L.
