Latest update (v9) for EMEA countries - when?

Hello,

Does anyone know when the latest release (July update or V9) will be released for EMEA countries? I believe it is already available for everyone else but we are still using the previous version and on the admin center no update shows for our production instance.

We are in urgent need to use some of the new functionality and any help from the community is appreciated.

    Hello,

    Version 9 is available for EMEA countries but, not yet as upgrade.

    New customers and new tenants in EMEA are already provisioned with version 9 but, existing customers on version 8.2 (or earlier) can currently not yet upgrade to version 9.

    Microsoft is planning to roll out upgrade functionality as soon as possible. An exact date is hard to pinpoint but, it should be before the year is out.

    ----

    Work-around: Probably not an option for most but, just in case, you can reset an existing v8.2 organization and make it a v9, this will however delete all your data and customization.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, resetting the instance is not an option for us. I just hope that they will roll it out soon.

    Upgrades are not available for a lot of countries, not just EMEA.

    We are in US territory, and still not available for us as an upgrade.

    Hopefully soon.
