What does Date Lock do in Accounting Periods and how do you locked it in Navision 2018?

May I know what does Date Locked do in Accounting Periods and how do you lock it?

    Hi joshtechsolutions ,

    Once the financial year is closed, Date is already locked the same time, means that you can not do any transaction while date is locked in the system.

    Hi Nitin,

    I have checked that even when date is lock and the period is close, I can still create and post the entries .
