My Voice of the Customer is acting funny, and I am trying to uninstall and reinstall to see if it'll start working.
When I try to uninstall the msdynce_voc solution (version 1.0.0.0) I get the following error: Cannot Uninstall Solution: This solution cannot be uninstalled because the CustomControlResource with id XYZ is required by the BaseCustomControlsCore solution. Uninstall the BaseCustomControlsCore solution and try again. If you contact support, please provide the technical details.
When I try uninstalling the VoiceOfTheCustomer solution (version 9.0.1188.4) it's not letting because of dependencies. It looks like all the dependencies are to either the Site Map or the above mentioned solution.
Any thoughts on how I can uninstall these? I am wanting to get this working, and it seems uninstall/reinstall is a common solution, but I'm not able to even uninstall.
