Dynamics 365 Market Insights Preview to be discontinued

As part of our continuous approach to evolving product strategy based on customer feedback, Dynamics 365 Market Insights Preview will be discontinued. It will no longer be available to new customers starting April 10, 2020 and will end the service for all existing customers on May 11, 2020.

We plan to incorporate the core technology and learnings from Dynamics 365 Market Insights preview into Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Microsoft Bing industry updates. We recommend that customers take the following suggested actions based on their needs:

Subscribe to Bing industry updates to get emails alerts on topics of your interest
Visit Dynamics 365 Customer Insights web page to learn more and get started on how you can deliver personalized experiences with a 360-degree view of your customers.
