Hello everyone,

We are trying to report a production order as finished but when we complete the information as usual, the system shows the following error message:

/Dimension Location cannot be left blank if dimension Serial number is set./

Does anyone know if there is a new update or parameter that is affecting the standard process?

Please help ASAP... the orders are acummulating.

    Hi,
    The error is coming from the warehouse management features while checking the dimension hierarchy. Do you have this enabled for the warehouse? Does the location field has an actual value?

    Hello Kevin, 
     
    Since this is a production order I am not sure if this option applies for the case. However, even though the warehouse is not marked to use warehouse management processes, it has a default receipt location with license plate tracking enabled, then I don´t think that´s the case. 
     
    The weird thing is that no parameters has changed and there are orders with the same items fully processed in the system.
