Is it feasible to make on-premise CRM system to Online.
if yes then.
How can i make on-premise database to online.

You could contact Microsoft and sign up for FastTrack program to migrate your CRM Prem to Online.

Once you contacted and signed up for FastTrack program, they will have call with you to explain about the Life Cycle Services.
Once you got your Life Cycle Services account working it will take you through the entire process.
The following is a high level architecture of how your On-Prem instance will be migrated to Online
And the screenshot below shows the steps involved in the process
